As it should be, because what he wrote in his book should remain confidential. Besides, we shouldn't focus too much on what has happened already in the past. We don't know the exact details about the murder incident, nor should we dwell too much about it. The author has only made it clear, that he wrote it out of context and confidentiality. We should respect it and not force it out of him.
