What a great organization and what a great meeting on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Reilly School! The United Neighbors of the 35th Ward meeting was kicked off by co-founder Joyce Brody and Alderman Carlos Rosa gave us a generous introduction. Tom Tresser gave an overview of the book project and Amara Enyia explained why a public bank for Chicago is such a great idea.
The meeting was held at the Reilly School and Principal Ken Fitzner welcomed people to the school. He stayed for our presentation. This is what he said:
