What a great organization and what a great meeting on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Reilly School! The United Neighbors of the 35th Ward meeting was kicked off by co-founder Joyce Brody and Alderman Carlos Rosa gave us a generous introduction. Tom Tresser gave an overview of the book project and Amara Enyia explained why a public bank for Chicago is such a great idea.
The meeting was held at the Reilly School and Principal Ken Fitzner welcomed people to the school. He stayed for our presentation. This is what he said:

I can see that the meeting that you had last time is a very interesting and educational one. I really wish I was able to attend the activity. I am sure I will be able to learn a lot from the talk. I wish as well that you will be able to do your program at our school. My classmates and I are actually looking for some interesting seminars and I believe that this is actually what we are looking for.

These events seem very happy to be in there. The people in the photos seem very happy and looks enjoy in going into this meeting. This meeting has very important topics that will help many people in Chicago. I'm very curious in the book that Ken Fitzner shared in Facebook, I will buy these and read even if I'm not in Chicago. Thanks for sharing this with us, this post will be noticed by many people about the situation in Chicago.
